Text failing to send.

Every time I get a text from a company asking me to respond my messages fail to send. I’m OK with personal texts but not with business type texts. I’ve checked my setting and not sure what to do here. It’s very frustrating.

If the response text messages aren’t included in your plan’s allowances, then you might need to increase your bill cap and also check Premium rate calls is ON, for your iD account online.

If the number you’re texting would be a chargeable one you might want to check the iD Mobile app to ensure your bill cap is high enough so the text(s) can be sent.
