Every time I get a text from a company asking me to respond my messages fail to send. I’m OK with personal texts but not with business type texts. I’ve checked my setting and not sure what to do here. It’s very frustrating.

If the number you’re texting would be a chargeable one you might want to check the iD Mobile app to ensure your bill cap is high enough so the text(s) can be sent.
