Text messages not sending

My phone has suddenly stopped sending text messages.

I have turned it on and off and checked the number is correct in Message Centre settings.

It just shows message failed.

Hi @Jenny Welsh,

We are aware of an issue that was stopping messages to be sent earlier today.

This has since been resolved and you should be able to send messages as normal.

Hi my phone all of a sudden not sending messages saying error messages not sent I have restarted my phone and still saying the same and it was working all day till the past hour

Hi Nicole, I tried all of that and it turned out to be an error with the network. I was able to send texts again after about 5/6 hours.
