I have transferred my old number with the PAC from my previous supplier O2. An android user
I can make and receive calls no problem. But not receiving calls, it goes to voicemail
Could someone check this issue??

A faster way of getting assistance is via the iD online Live Chat service.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
iD also provide assistance on social media - contact the iD Mobile customer support team there using Facebook Messenger, or X (Twitter) DM.
Tom iD Mobile Employee was helping but I cannot get any answer from him

The iD staff usually only read user posts once-a-day, sometime less frequently.
Communicating using the private messaging feature in this online forum is even slower.
