top ups and upgrades


My top up and then my upgrade has been accredited to my account but not changed my phone allowance . My phone at present is on max data usage so have no usable data  . Do I have to wait until the month is up on my account before it becomes into full use again with all functions working

Advice Please

Okay @J-Man2022, messaging in this forum isn’t real-time, so it could be several days before iD Mobile read your post.

You could seek assistance via a private message (PM) iD Mobile on facebook (Messenger) or Twitter (direct message).

It’s best to contact iD between 9am - 6pm - so you can PM with a real person.

Unfortunately no FB or Twitter for me. Somwehat frustrating when that’s the form of direct commuincation. I suppose you get what you pay for!

Okay @J-Man2022, try the iD Live Chat service.

Once you get connected, just type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat bot - good luck.
