I’m trying to transfer my number from my old network but it’s not working. Please can you help?

Are you trying to submit your PAC, @Yemey Littlemountain?

You can use the iD Live Chat service to submit your PAC by speaking to a customer service advisor. 

Talk with an advisor at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (via popup window in a browser). 

The advisors work until 8pm on weekdays (type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot).
