Hi I'm travelling to Prague and Turkey I would like to know if I can use my data in these countries or not?

What would the charges be if I did?

Is there an add on I can put to be able to use my phone when I'm there?

Hey @Katie Holt, Prague is in the Czech Republic, which is an EU inclusive roaming destination - meaning call, text and use mobile data like you’re at home (subject to a roaming mobile data limit of 30GB/month).

Turkey is not an inclusive roaming destination, so any use of your iD SIM card in Turkey will be charged as follows:

Hi @Katie Holt

I’d recommend the same as @andewhite above here, the Czech Republic is an inclusive country so you’ll be able to roam like home there, however Turkey is not therefore you would be charged for using your plan here.

Hi @Mariasmum88

You’ll be able to roam in Turkey, however it’ll cost extra as it isn’t included in the inclusive roaming allowance, I’d recommend checking the following link for charges associated with using your iD Mobile SIM in Turkey.
