trying to switch to id using a pac code but it says something went wrong everytime and live chat doesnt help. was just wondering if someone could help me

I recently bought a new phone and am now trying to use my pac code to keep my old number but every time I do it on the id mobile site it doesn’t work and says something went wrong every time. Would anyone be able to help?

Perhaps submit your PAC to iD customer service using iD online Live Chat, @hsp1.

I am new to ID mobile and I am having the same problem with my pac code. But great idea. Will try use live customer service.
