I am unable to make calls but I can receive them. Message says this service is not available. Secondly my PAC code to transfer my number just says it has issues at present

Welcome to the Community!

Please can you check your network settings and ensure that 3G isn’t selected?

You can also check your settings are as below:

Go to Settings

Select Mobile Data Options

Tap Voice & Data

Toggle/turn on VoLTE
