My payment is not going through after several attempts. Can you provide an idea or a resolution as to why this keeps happening. I have included a screenshot of the error message I keep getting. 

This has happened more than 10 times.

Are yo usure is not from your bank ? seems that you put some wrong bank details or your bank has decline your payment

Does the iD Mobile account address match the one registered with your bank account?

If not you’ll need to ensure that you are using the a card registered in your name with the same address as on your iD Mobile account.
