Unable to receive calls/texts

Hi,

 

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help, I've recently transferred from Vodafone to iD, the switch went through with my old number on thr 12th December. At the moment I am able to use data and make phone calls/texts messages but I am unable to receive them, all I get is "the number you have dialled is not recognised, please check the number and try again." 

I've spoken to the live chat advisors, who have sent me a new SIM card but this hasn't resolved the issue. 

The handset is a S21 ultra.

Edit: My friend who is also on iD was able to call me so it looks like its just other providers
