Apologies for the confusion - I’m trying to transfer to idMobile to keep my old number however when I enter all the information it says there is an error with the data.

Okay, at the point-of-purchase, you would’ve been asked for your preferred transfer date - what date did you provide at that time

Also, it’s worth noting number transfers aren’t immediate - you may experience loss of service between your ‘old’ provider’s SIM becoming inactive, and the number you want to keep working with your iD SIM card. It can take up to 10pm for the switch to complete.

Your selected date is when the port will complete for.
When the contract is connected, we have to connect it with an active number to provide services.
Hence it is connected with what is commonly referred to as a “temporary number”.
This is replaced after the switch completes.
In the meantime, use the temp number to register.
