Unable to transfer phone number

Followed the instructions and entered my number and PAC code but I get n error and I'm not able to request the number transfer.

Please help

Hey @Michela Federico, just give your PAC to iD using their online live chat - talk to a customer service agent - the agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

I’m sorry to hear that, what does the error say?

 

Does the transaction number you’re using begin with a “4”? If not, the correct one can be found in your “Welcome to iD” email.
