Unable to view bills using the android app

I’m not able to view my bills when using the Android ID mobile app, when I click to view a bill it tells me I need to give the app permission to access the storage but there is no storage permission when I go to the app permissions under settings.

I have a Motorola razr 40 running Android version 13, not sure if this version of Android has some issues with not displaying all the permissions as my previous phone, a Samsung S21, didn’t have this issue and showed all the permissions. 

Does anyone know how I might go about fixing this issue as I have 2 bills for August and would like to see why?

Other forum members have noticed this problem as well @FC360.

@PaulnMandy@Alcapone786 and @Teacher have mentioned this issue with the iD app.
 

 


Seems like the iD app might not have been updated for latest Android storage security policies. 
Meanwhile, a workaround to access your bills could be to login to your iD account from https://my.idmobile.co.uk
