The help is terrible. I reported a lost phone yesterday. The phone was blocked. It has now been found and I have for hours to contact someone who can help unblock my phone

I’d recommend getting in-touch with iD Mobile’s social media customer support team, using facebook (via Messenger), or Twitter (by DM). 

The agents work until 8pm weekdays, and should be able to assist you with unblocking your lost and found phone @Michelle Anderson.

Facebook. My mum is trying to sort it out but she had to use my social media as she doesn’t use it

The Facebook team respond within a few hours normally.

You have to send a private message using Messenger - don’t post a public comment on the iD Mobile Facebook page.
