unblock sim after finding phone

I thought I had lost phone so I blocked it. Then found ut and unblocked ut over an hour ago but still saying blocked. O need to use it urgently so really need ut unblocked

I've blocked my phone and sim as I thought it was lost, I've found it and need to unblock the phone and sim,can anyone help? Thanks
