unlimited calls and texts, but bill cap used

Hello, 

 

I have a plan with unlimited calls and texts plus 60gb of data (I have 67gb remaining due to the rollover from last month). 

I have just received a message saying that I have used 100% of my cap, but have not been using my phone differently to the last few months. 

As a side note, all of my bills are up to date and I haven't had any problems with the direct debit going out. 

Are you able to "unblock" my phone so that I can continue using it for the second half of the month?

Are all your services blocked?

 

Have you checked your bill to see what may have caused the cap to be maxed out?

 

Have you made any premium calls/texts?

Hi Tom, it's just my internet that is blocked.

 

With the app update my phone is no longer compatible, so I can't check what's going on, but it stopped working while i was using google maps (recieving the 80% then 100% bill cap used texts in quick succession).

Okay, that sounds like you’ve used your monthly data allowance. You may need to await for your next billing cycle for it to refresh.
