I gave my old iphone from 2016-2018 to my mum but when she put in her SIM card a message came up saying that the sim card was from a phone not supported and that i should request that the phone be unlocked by the network provider. I don’t seem to have any way of contacting ID mobile directly to make this happen. I’ve already posted on this forum asking about this and received a reply saying that i would be sent a private message but i never received a private message
