unlocking 2018 iphone from ID

Hi,

I have an old IPhone (2018) that is locked to ID mobile. I can’t log in as my account is too old and has been closed. The chat doesn’t help and I have tried messenger, as per another topic/post. What else can I do to get in touch with someone at ID to help?

iD customer support seems to be overwhelmed at the moment - it appears they’ve got problems processing PAC submissions, and new iD account registration requests.

I suggest persevering with Facebook Messenger to contact customer support privately, for assistance unlocking your old iPhone @DB2023.
