id like to unlock my old iPhone so my daughter can use it on another network - it’s an old SE so deffo locked. I can’t work out how to contact ID directly now as I no longer have an account etc to log into chat

If you got your old iPhone SE from iD Mobile, they should be able to help.
The iD online community isn’t real-time, so it could be several days before somebody from iD Mobile reads your post.
You might find it quicker to PM iD Mobile via their facebook or twitter social media pages.
It’s best to contact iD Mobile between 9am - 6pm - that way you can PM with a real person.

All sorted - fyi for anyone else with the same problem, I found getting in touch via Facebook messenger the best option :)
