Hi. I need to unlocking my mobil Google pixel ID contract. I have 3 months payment bills but I wasn't able to use the service. The network it's very poor in my area when I living. I need help for sorting it. Thanks.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve had issues with coverage in your area, are you completely without service or is it weak?

 

Please could you let us know the postcode where you’re having these issues?

 

It’s worth noting any iD Mobile contract (purchased online) can be returned within the first 30 days should you find the coverage isn’t for you, was the option not explored?
