My phone is due upgrading at the end of the month. I’m planning on buying a new phone and staying with ID mobile when purchasing. How can I change  the name as it’s my mums name for when I didn’t have money and how will my payment stop for this phone now and payment for the new phone starts

Okay @Ben Hooper, if the iD contract you’re using was started by your Mum, then she is the iD account holder and unfortunately iD won’t change the name.

iD Mobile doesn’t process name changes or change of ownerships on our contracts.

You can look at purchasing a contract under your name and triangle porting the number to keep the number.
