My contract ends next month and I'm eligible for an upgrade. I would like to change to the £6 per month sim only deal. Please can you tell me how to go about this? When I attempt to upgrade I can only see the £10 pm deal. Thanks.

If you are wanting to upgrade to a lower price tariff or from a phone contract to a SIM only you would need to wait until the minimum term before you can see and upgrade to that deal from your account.
