upgraded and now my old sim will not work No sign of new sim this is day 2 with my old sim that has no network

Did you upgrade to a SIM only contract? If so it sounds like a new SIM was activated upon dispatch and it can take 5 working days to be delivered.
If you prefer you can visit your local Curry’s store to get a replacement SIM. Alternatively we can get one sent out on a next day delivery.
