I got my new phone and tried to register in the app and when I try to log in it says I do not exist, then I try to register and it says I already have an account. Tried to reset my password and it says my details are incorrect. Never know something as simple as this to be so hard!! Can’t talk to anyone as no customer service available and apparently if I call you you may charge me… can’t say I am impressed at all and I would like to cancel my contract and return the phone. Please advise the EASIEST way of doing this please

Okay @Bangers81, make sure you cancel your order in the cooling off period - don’t cancel your iD contract by mistake.

If you cancel your contract, you’ll pay the early termination fee for whatever the minimum term is for your contract.
