I’m trying to switch to ID mobile from 3 using my PUC code but keep getting this message:

 

We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.

I’ve had exactly the same issue & I know I’ve entered the correct information. Just contacted old provider & they say ID have used the code, so no idea if it’s gone through or not.

i am still no further forward with this any one managed to resolve this??

Hey @Grant Richardson  and @OSully,

Make sure that the transaction number is the one beginning with 4.

This will be on your welcome email sent to you.

Check spam/junk folders as it may have filtered into there.

You’ll also input the iD Mobile number active on the account.
