Keep getting this message “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again” when transferring a number from GiffGaff to ID on behalf of my wife. Didn’t give PAC at point of purchase trying now few months later, put surname in app capitals as advised on here but no joy, please help

When did giffgaff issue the PAC
A PAC is only valid for 30-days, before expiring - do you need to get another PAC from giffgaff?
Otherwise, you’ll probably need some assistance from iD customer service
Unfortunately, they’ll only to discuss issues with the iD account holder.
