I keep getting this error message when I try to transport my old number to ID Mobile.

 

There’s no customer service number to speak to and no one on live chat. Can someone please help?

Can you please confirm that the transaction number that you are entering starts with a 4?

You’ll see the transaction number on the welcome email that we sent you.
