what postage should i use when rerurning a phone?

I need to return my phone but unsure of what postage I should use. Is proof of postage enough or should I pay for special delivery where it’s tracked?

Hi @Nicilasc13,

 

We’d recommend tracked delivery just to be safe, as until we receive the handset back, you’re still liable for it.
