Why are my services still blocked

I was late to paying my bill but I am still blocked from using services even 24hrs later. Even when I try call somebody it says that I am up to date with my payment. Please help

Hello @Gdunsdon,

Quickest way to get this sorted is to use the iD Live Chat service, or by sending a PM to iD via facebook or twitter

It’s best to contact iD between 9am and 6pm, so you can chat or PM with a real person.

To avoid the 24/7 chat-bot on live chat, type “talk to a person” once you’re connected.

Welcome to the Community!

In most cases the bar should be lifted within 2 hours.

However you may need to restart the handset in order for services to work.

Are you services still blocked? If so please let us know and we can PM you.
