I was late to paying my bill but I am still blocked from using services even 24hrs later. Even when I try call somebody it says that I am up to date with my payment. Please help

Quickest way to get this sorted is to use the iD Live Chat service, or by sending a PM to iD via facebook or twitter.
It’s best to contact iD between 9am and 6pm, so you can chat or PM with a real person.
To avoid the 24/7 chat-bot on live chat, type “talk to a person” once you’re connected.
