I had my number changed over from a different provider to ID mobile. I was advised that this would be completed between 8am-10am this morning. I haven't had any confirmation to say it has been done but my old number is showing in my settings and I can make calls (I have checked with the person I called and it is my old number that is coming up) but I can not recieve any incoming calls at all. Apparently when they try it doesn't ring and the screen just says call forwarded. Can someone help please?

Does the number you want ported shows against your account in the ID Mobile App. If it does then you’ll probably need to get in touch with ID Live Chat to get them to look into it for you.

If it doesn’t show against the account then this means porting hasn’t taken place yet. The timescales are generally estimates and while ID tends to be pretty good porting can still have time associated with it.
