I need to talk to a real person about my direct debit and my phone number. I am beginning to wish I had never come away from O2. At least you had customer services to call

Like many companies you can only deal with them online, CHAT primarily.

You can’t speak to a real person on the telephone because iD Mobile are 100% online for help & support.

If you’re after a telephone customer support service, you’ll need to switch to a mobile service provider that provider telephone support - good luck @Sue Sullivan

All I can say about the ‘Online Help and Support’ is, iD mobile really need to make a damn good EFFORT in helping people. One point… There are no real answers for “Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number”.

That’s usually caused by a network routing issue.
You can also ‘talk’ to iD customer service privately using Facebook Messenger, or by Twitter DM.

The agents work until at 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
