I bought a Huawei P20 Lite from ID a few years ago. Last year I moved house to an area with very poor mobile reception, and got wifi calling working. It’s been fine up until this week, on returning from France it is no longer working.
Any suggestions how I can get it to work again? My mum’s Samsung phone on a different provider works still so it isn’t the wifi.

Sounds like there’s a problem with your iD network account or the iD Mobile Wi-Fi Calling service.
On the latter point, I’m using the iD Wi-Fi Calling service on my iPhone 13 today without any problems, so it could be a problem with your iD network account.
Does Wi-Fi Calling work on your Huawei if you’ve got your Mum’s SIM card in your handset?

I think so, it’s reporting 9.1.0.405 and says “Your software is up to date” in System > Software Update.
I might try swapping the SIMs.
Ooh, the “WiFi” text has appeared in the phone app now! I didn’t change anything!
