Help, cant port number, I have pac code but app keeps asking for transaction number... nothing i can find is 9 digits!!!

Hello your transaction number will be within your Welcome to ID MOBILE email from IDMobile. This is the email which includes your new IDMOBILE number, account number etc etc.
Scroll down within the email it's clearly stated there in the section GET STARTED and WANT TO KEEP YOUR NUMBER.
Also if you've set up your account you'll also be able to access this info once you've logged into your account online.
