wrong iphone has been blacklisted

Hi. 
 

On November 24th, 2023, I reported my phone as stolen by calling 0333 003 7777. Subsequently, I believe this action may have led to the blacklisting of my iPhone 13 Pro, as this may have been  the last handset associated with the SIM.

 

I kindly request your support in unblacklisting my iPhone 13 Pro at your earliest convenience. Additionally, I would like to ensure the security of my information by requesting the immediate blocking of my stolen iPhone 15 Pro Max.

 

Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated. If any further information or documentation is required, please let me know.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
