I supplied with pac code so I could bring my old number with me but when I logon to dashboard still states number supplied with new SIM card 

so I can’t get any messages

please help

What date were you give for your number transfer @Johnsom?

When did you give your PAC to iD Mobile, and was it submitted before 5:30pm (on Mon-Thu)?

Was 11-May-2023 the date you got from iD for your number transfer to iD, or was it the date you gave your PAC to iD Mobile @Johnsom?

When did you schedule the port to take place with us?

 

Did you submit the PAC number when purchasing the plan or after purchasing via the port form?

Contacted via live chat

was asked for pac code again

which was done within 15 mins

was told would change to old number today

and still not done 

have I done the wrong thing changing to I d ???
