I supplied with pac code so I could bring my old number with me but when I logon to dashboard still states number supplied with new SIM card
so I can’t get any messages

I have done the wrong thing swapping to id
its now costing me money

was told would change to old number today
and still not done

When did you schedule the port to take place with us?
Did you submit the PAC number when purchasing the plan or after purchasing via the port form?

Was 11-May-2023 the date you got from iD for your number transfer to iD, or was it the date you gave your PAC to iD Mobile
