Can anyone help me transfer my old number to my new ID Mobile SIM? I have followed instructions correctly and received a text that they ran into an issue. I refilled in the online form with my PAC etc at least another 3 or 4 times since last friday. Everytime it says the request has been successfully submitted. Yet again the online help and automated services are pretty pointless. I need a human being i think.
