2nd issue with ID mobile experience - Number transfer

Can anyone help me transfer my old number to my new ID Mobile SIM?  I have followed instructions correctly and received a text that they ran into an issue.  I refilled in the online form with my PAC etc at least another 3 or 4 times since last friday.  Everytime it says the request has been successfully submitted.  Yet again the online help and automated services are pretty pointless.  I need a human being i think.

Does it go into any specifics when it say “ran into an issue”?

It says the id mobile number, last name or transaction number is incorrect.  I have repeated the submission several times and checked the details each time. Im not sure which of these is incorrect.
