I have just purchased a new phone with ID mobile

Cant send any text messages, 4g isnt working

Cant contact anyone to sort this out

Hi @Celtic joe,

 

Have you tried going into the handset settings and manually selecting the iD Network? Are calls working as expected?

 

Also, have you tried the SIM in a different handset?
