7 days and no transfer of my old number

Hi, It’s 7 days since I completed the registration for correctly and supplied my PAC code and still no transfer of my old number. This is NOT how it’s supposed to happen.

How did you process this?

Have you tried logging into the iD app/account and submitting it again via My Services then Keep your number 

Let us know if this works or we’ll escalate this to our TechTeam. It’s possible the request was not received.
