Can't connect to iD network on new phone

Hi
I have just swapped my htc m8 to a Samsung galaxy s7. It is unlocked to any provider.
My iD sim does not work in the s7.
I have tried my sim in another s7 and it works. I have tried another iD sim in my phone and it doesn't work.
When I boot up the phone I see the iD symbol in the lock screen.
In the settings menu, in connections, I see iD selected as the access point name. All the settings in the access point match the settings on the iD web page.
I can not make calls, or access internet.
Please can someone advise.

I'm sorry to hear this! As the SIM works in another phone, it sounds as though the phone in question is faulty and could be locked to another network.
