chsnging size of sim card

Hi 

I have iPhone 7 and only received one size SIM card from ID mobile. Now I have purchased iPhone 11 and can’t seem to fit the SIM card in. I have been told I need Nano SIM card. How do I get one on the same number and contract from ID?

Welcome to iD Community.

We send out Multi-SIM’s to all our customers (3 sizes - Standard SIM, Micro SIM and Nano SIM), a Multi- SIM is pre-cut so that you can easily break it down to be as big or as small as you’d need it to be.

If you try to pop out the middle (metal) section of your SIM card, this should break down to the Nano-SIM size
