I'm not happy! Just joined, asked for my number to port on two occasions and gave heard absolutely nothing ! No text, no email confirmation, nothing. I have until the 9th to 'use' my PAC otherwise I'm staying on Vodafone and cancelling . This is shockingly poor service. In fact I think I'll cancel today if it isn't sorted. Why's there no live chat, everyone's at home aren't they?
