invalid surname in PAC code transfer online form

Please could you help to see if there is a problem with my old number transfer to iD.

my transaction number is 427760804. 

I tried to use the online form, but it mentioned that my surname is invalid.

I then created the iD account, once logged in, the SERVICE page only needs the PAC code and my old number this time, no surname needed, so it accepted it.  But i subsequently received the text saying “We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact Customer Services www.idmobile.co.uk/contact-us . 

There is no live chat available I found.

Please could you see if the transfer is in progress?

Hi @Tomlo777,

 

Does your surname have a hyphen or space in it at all? if so, if you could submit it again but without either of those things, this should resolve the issue.

Hi, I'm unable to use the PAC transfer form as well, I've tried removing the hyphen from my surname but it still gives me an error message saying something went wrong. 

What should I do now?
