Keeping your old number
Sorry im quite old and dont understand the simpIist of things when it come to mobiles ..i want to cancel my old monthly giffgaff and take up a new ID sim ...Do I order the new ID sim, wait for it to arrive and then do the necessary , I mean In order to transfer over the giffgaff number to my new network (sim), should I order the new sim first and then get the old sim pac code etc after it's arrived .. or should I do all this pac code stuff before ordering the new sim ..thanks

You can request your pac code right now, it will be valid for 30 days so you can use it any time within that time. When your SIM card arrive, just register to your ID Mobile App and there will be an option to add your pac code.
