My number says it has been ported but sim is still showing iD number

I moved to iD this week, and requested my old number be ported to my iD sim on Wednesday. I checked my account today and it confirms that my number should now have been ported.

But the number has not been imported, and my sim is still showing my iD number. I can’t receive any calls or texts on my older number. 
 

Please would anyone be able to assist
