new handset, SIM no longer working

I've had my SIM for a few weeks and have moved it to a new, unlocked handset for my son, but it won't pick up a network: almost like I need to re-activate it again, but I no longer have the push out card with the 19 digit number. Unable to use live chat or speak to anyone. Please help!

The SIM only needs to be activated once, so that shouldn’t be an issue. Does the new handset for your son use at least 3G?


Also, when you go into the network settings of the handset, is there an option to manually select iD Mobile?
