New phone has glitches

I've recieved my new phone a week ago and love it initially,  but in the last 2 days I've had to hard reset it and the screen keeps freezing and you have to restart it, now today it won't scroll you have to shut down the app and then open it again and it works fine. Is this a problem with the phone or have I not set it up correctly? If it's the phone how do I contact ID to let them know and get a replacement? Thanks again for the help.
