PAC code from my old network

I've just placed an order with ID (whoop I'm excited) anyway when should I ask Vodafone for my puk code? Ordered iphone12 mini so phone isn't out yet, will Vodafone cut me off if I request puk?

Hi @Mattsav87,

You’ll be needing a PAC code if you’re wanting to move the number to us. They last for 30-days and you will only be cut off from their network once you give it to us, so I would recommend asking for the code once you have the new phone. You can then submit this and your number will carry over within 2 working days.

Hi i have a Pac code 6numbers, 3letters from my old provider.  Is this the right format

If you register your new iD Mobile account online, you’ll be able to provide the details of that PAC (code) in there and have the number moved within 1-2 working days.
