PAC not working

Hi there, 

 

I have recently joined ID mobile and have been given a pac code from Voxi, 

 

I have entered this code in both the app and there online facility but both says this isnt correct but I have double checked with Voxi and everything is.

Any help would be great or I will have to leave ID.
